Shipping policy

Welcome to ApexTools. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality tools and gadgets to our customers across the United States and Europe. Below you will find the details of our shipping terms and conditions.

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order has officially shipped.

To guarantee the best value, we ship our products directly from our premium global fulfillment centers via express shipping lanes.

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 15 business days

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.


Once your package is on its way, we will automatically send you an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the logistics portal.

For our customers in the US and Europe, packages are generally delivered via local postal networks (like USPS or DHL) and rarely incur extra fees. However, ApexTools is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
